THE BRIEF
SFC is a privately owned manufacturing firm that offers a wide range of certified fastener products and machine components.
To enhance their workspace, SFC enlisted Pure Office Solutions to create a new breakout room, create more office areas to work from, and modernize the existing restrooms and office spaces.
Pure Office solutions was also tasked with improving the security measures in place and provide SFC with a safe and professional place to work.
SERVICES PROVIDED
- Office Space Planning and 2D CAD Drawings.
- Design and Install Partition walls.
- Painting and decorating throughout.
- Install Suspended Ceiling throughout with LED lighting.
- Install flooring throughout including carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles, Polysafe vinyl and Epoxy flooring.
- Supply and install new kitchenette.
- Supply and installation of new instantaneous water heater
- Supply and install new washrooms to include close couple toilet with cistern, vanity unit with sink and tap with new mirror.
- Disabled toilet also included a DocM satin stainless grab rails, basin, basin tap, all ancillary pipes, waste, soil required.
- Supply and installation of new ventilation system within the two toilet areas
- All new plumbing works
- Install Air conditioning and heating units.
- Supply and installation of new distribution board to bring electrics up to regulation.
- Install power, data and network connections and cabling.
- Install fire alarm system compliant to current regulations.
- Install security door entry system with access panel and video door entry.
- Supply and Installation of three electronically operated steel security shutters
- Supply and installation of new Armco barrier to warehouse area
- Supply and installation of new hinged gate safety barrier to warehouse area
THE OUTCOME
This project achieved remarkable success. Our interior team successfully transformed the space for SFC, delivering a refreshed environment featuring brand-new flooring, a modern kitchen unit, upgraded bathroom facilities, and a workspace tailored to meet our client's requirements.
