THE BRIEF

Rehability UK is a leading provider of community care and supported living, specialising in the provision of mental health, autism and learning disability care recovery pathways.

Rehability UK approached Pure Office Solutions to fit out their new offices in West Bromwich with new furniture.

The brief was simple, supply and install high quality and stylish furniture for their offices that will have the modern office look that they are after.

The brief includes fitting out the front and rear staff offices, executive offices, meeting rooms, staff rooms, an open plan office and a main boardroom.

THE OUTCOME

This project has some time constraints as the client would like to move in ASAP to their new offices. We had to do the fit-out project in 2 phases: The front offices and rear offices. Pure Office Solutions has supplied RehabilityUK with Sven Christiansen office furniture as this fits their brief perfectly with the modern and high-quality look that they are after. The front office space consisted of the executive office which had a beautiful crown cut wood veneer finish executive desk with integrated storage combined with executive chair and soft seating in cream upholstery.

The main boardroom had a bespoke wall unit for storage and a 60 inch TV for presentations and meetings. They have matched this with a Walnut barrel meeting table with the black gloss tiles cable management to add to the executive look in the boardroom.

The staff room canteen has been fitted out with a rectangular table for 6 finished in concrete MFC. The rest of the individual offices had rectangular and corner desks finished in Walnut and white MFC combination with the Purple/blue screens to match their company logos.

The rear part of the office floor had more of an open plan desking system where they used some storage units to define and divide working areas in the office.

The huge executive office had a Wenge and white MFC combination furniture with executive seating and a meeting table to sit 6.

The boardroom on this side of the office floor has been fitted out with a four and a half metre walnut and white barrel table with some brown executive chairs to match. The open plan office was furnished with corner and rectangular desks for staff with the dividing screens upholstered to match the corporate colours.

The whole project was installed and completed within the 4-5-week timescale that Pure Office has been given.

We were able to deliver the brief that has been given which was to fit their new office with modern and high-quality furniture. The overall result was a modern and functional office space that Rehability UK was after.
