THE BRIEF
Smart-Pig was created in 2012 by students at the University of Warwick and the University of Hertfordshire who realised that lots of students used short term loans, after they ran into trouble with a short-term loan themselves.
Following some minor works carried out previously the client returned to Pure Office Solutions Ltd asking for more extensive fit-out works to include new partitioning, office furniture, kitchenette and new toilet facilities including disabled toilets and fully functioning shower.
Pure Office Solutions were more than happy to oblige and following extensive planning meetings the works commenced.

- Delap existing kitchen, including removing existing base and wall units and remove existing flooring
- Supply and install new kitchen, including new wall units, base units, sink with mixer tap, integrated dishwasher, plinth, high gloss splash back,
- Install Bibo machine
- Supply and install LED light strips and dome light
- Delap existing toilets including removing existing flooring, prep sub floor and screed to smooth, install new luxury vinyl flooring
- Install new laminate skirting
- Remove existing lighting and replace with new LED lighting
- Remove existing toilets, sinks, handryers, paper towel holders and toilet roll holders
- Install new water supply pipe with isolation
- Install new waste kits and pipe
- Box in pipe work
- Supply and install new concealed cistern with flush
- Install new vanity basin
- Supply and install DOC M pack for disabled toilets
- Supply and install new mixer taps
- Supply and install new hand dryer, fuse switches and door stops
- Supply and install full height glazed partition walls
- Supply and install 50mm composite partition walls
