Mills CNC are a highly-regarded and respected in the machine tool market and across all the manufacturing sectors, including aerospace and defence; power generation; motorsport; oil and gas; medical; automotive and general precision component manufacture.
Pure Office Solutions Ltd were given the opportunity to completely refit their toilet facilities and kitchen area.
Never to be one to pass up a challenge Pure Office Solutions Ltd were able to provide a design which incorporated all of the clients 'wish list' without compromising on quality or budget.
SERVICES PROVIDED
- Toilet facilities to include;
- Dilapidation works to include strip out existing area, remove flooring, walls tiles, IPS duct and cubicles, ceiling, lighting and electrics.
- Painting and decorating
- Install black shadow batten to perimeter of area
- Install new 24mm exposed suspended ceiling 600 x 600 grid
- Install 600 x 600 Sani spar hygienic wipe clean ceiling tiles
- Apply coating of self-levelling screed compound to sub floor
- Install Polyflor safety roll-out flooring and weld any joints
- Partitioning - Install new 100mm stud work partition to create double entrance hallway
- Supply and install 7 x full height IPS concealed ducting for four toilets and three urinals
- Install 2 x floor to ceiling height flush fit double toilet cubicles with auto swing doors and ironmongery
- Install 3 space 600 deep vanity unit for 2 x new and 1 x existing Belfast sink
- IPS ducting, cubicles and vanity units to be in High pressure laminate PUR
- Install 300mm high splashback above vanity unit – Anthracite gloss
- Cubicles, IPS ducting and Vanity unit
- Install all required new hot/cold & waste pipe work, new soil pipe work and isolations
- Supply and install 2 x new 600 x 455mm Belfast sinks
- All mixer taps, wastes and traps included
- Install 4 x back to wall toilets with concealed cistern and push button flush
- Install 3-way urinals with concealed cistern
- Electrical and Lighting:
Install 10 x 250diam round LED panel recessed lightings and switches - Install 2 x ceiling hung LED bulkhead emergence lights
- Install 3 x extractor fans and ducting above ceiling with isolation switch
- Install cleaners socket x 2 and 4 x switch spurs
- Install 2 x slim line 2000kw rapid dry blade hand dryers
- Kitchenette; Install new kitchen base/wall units, work top, plinth, cornice base/wall ends
- Install 400mm high acrylic splashback – colour Grey
- Install wash sink with drainer and mixer tap
- 38mm laminate worktop
- 2 x double electric points on counter top and all electrical spurs included
- Supply and install free standing under counter fridge freezer and full size freestanding dishwasher
THE OUTCOME
Mills CNC are very happy with the works we completed.
There toilet facilities were completely stripped out and reconfigured to make best use of the space.
The new ceiling, lighting and flooring will ensure these facilities are up to standard for years to come.
The new kitchenette provides a fully functional area ideal for their requirements.
