The Brief
Lemon Zest is a large events management company based in Birmingham.
Our task at Lemon Zest was to offer a complete turn-key solution to enable them to move into a new head office.
We were appointed as the principle contractor and transformed their new offices into a modern, bright and spacious working environment.
Following extensive planning meetings, the work was given the go ahead.

- Design and Install new LED lighting system throughout.
- Install flooring throughout including; Polywood flooring.
- Design and Install new welfare facilities including new toilets.

The Outcome
This was a very extensive project. As an events management company the look of the space was very important. Lemon Zest wanted visitors to come into a modern, bright and contemporary office. We transformed their new premises into a new head office which encompasses everything they need to run the business efficiently. Every aspect of the build was done to the highest of standards.
Lemon Zest now have an office which not only provides everything they need to continue growing their business but also scope for the building to grow and adapt as and when required.
