THE BRIEF
The Emerald Group provide IT sales and support to businesses.
Pure Office Solutions Ltd were appointed to completely fit-out their new premises.
The building was an empty shell.
Following extensive planning discussions and CAD drawings, a suitable design was formed to incorporate all the elements needed to ensure their new office building suited their needs now but also in the future as the business grows.
The key area included a meeting room, kitchen area, toilets, warehouse storage, desking for technical department and desking for management.
It was paramount we made the best use of the space possible.

THE OUTCOME
This project was extensive. The building was an empty shell and needed everything installed! Once plans were approved we started straight away on installing the mezzanine floor.
The mezzanine floor was integral to creating much needed space and house the impressive meeting room.
This meant the ground floor could be dedicated to general office space including small kitchenette and toilet.
Cleverly positioned partitions was constructed to not only provide fire safety but also create clearly defined areas.
We installed suspended ceiling and LED lighting throughout. The conveniently positioned power and data points including floor boxes, allows for the space to be easily reconfigured in the future if required.
Bench desks were installed for the manager/office staff with freestanding desks positioned in the technical/workshop area.
The open plan feel of the space encouraged greater collaboration between departments and comradery between employees.
Although small the kitchenette area was perfect for there needs and did not encroach into other workable spaces.
The new office had plenty of space for future growth.
