THE BRIEF
A Fine Pair of Shoes is a Warwick based company specialising in high quality men's shoes and accessories.
Established back in 2005 from home, A Fine Pair of Shoes has seen continued growth resulting in them needed a much larger dedicated premises to meet the needs of their growing business.
Pure Office Solutions Ltd were given the opportunity to fit-out their new warehouse space which was literally a large empty space.
The customer had an extensive list of requirements for there new office.
Never to be one to pass up a challenge Pure Office Solutions Ltd were able to provide a design which incorporated all of the clients 'wish list' without compromising on quality.

THE OUTCOME
A Fine Pair of Shoes were very happy with the outcome of their full fit-out project.
We were able to incorporate all the elements they wanted for their new office space including larger store room facilities over two floors thanks to the new mezzanine floor installed, new office space/show room, new kitchen area and toilet facilities.
One problem with the new building was the amount of external noise which would become more problematic over time. This was rectified by installed external and internal 75mm partition walls with sound cancellation properties. This stopped nuisance noise not only from externally but also in-between rooms.
We were able to install new power and data connections throughout the building as well as upgrading all lighting to new lower wattage LED lighting.
The new kitchen area has a high spec finish giving a light and modern space.
The new building now gives them all the space they need to allow for continued future growth.
